I will be next week, Ive been in the hospital with the wife and new baby David. I will be running down the gas tonight. though. I might even be able to get some logging tonight. I wanna make sure its straight up 91 so we don't have any artifacts of 85.

If he would gut it, do gears, full exhaust, Intake, TB, slicks and 75 Shot, he could run 10's for sure.

 

he's already got slicks and why gut such a pretty car.Not everyone wants a pure race car.If he wanted that he would of kept his SN95 that was built and gutted with lots of spray

and his 5.0 came factory with 373's

 

I Would buy a new boss 302 and do LTs, intake and tune but with the new baby I need something with 4 doors and a real back seat (cobalt coupe has more room in the back LOL).

I think I will be happy with the 2012 SRT-8 Jeep though.

 

Make sure you drive it for at least a good 25 miles with the 91 back in before you log it.

 

I disagree I sat in the back seat of the new mustangs and had more room than in the bak of a cobalt coupe plus the mustang seats are soooooo comfy back there.dont get me wrong there was still harldly any room but i felt the stang had a bitmore head room then the balt.thats just me though.they both suck for back seats but I dont need back seats err...correction I just remembered I made the car seat mod to my balt a couple weeks ago lol

 

I have not sat in one just going by the leg, hip and headroom specs listed on Ford's site vs the Cobalt's specs. Also the ford does not have a middle seat and getting my huge Recaro carseat in and out and the baby in and out of it especially rear facing is a PITA.

 

Ya I agree to that.Like I said I felt the mustang only had a little more head room.But my girls got aKia Rondo and a Lincoln Navigator so I dont need a back seat or room for the baby seat

 

Yeah I wish I could afford 2 nice new vehicles but I am the only one who works so we have only one income :C

 

I cant wait til he gets it i told him i dont want to race him again until he gets it its gonna be a whole new monster then when i raced him the first time. And they sent him the wrong **** the first time haha

 

Yeah I can't really fit in a stang or coupes back seat. The sedans backseat is perfect.

 

I wan't a Jeep SRT-8 too, but I have been toying with the idea of getting rid of both LNF's and getting a used 2006 M5. They have been going for 36-38 around here. (with around 30K miles) A V10 500HP 4 Door peaks my interest. (Also the 8500 RPM redline gives me a boner)

 

Mustangs suck! :P
