I will assist with this^^.I think were gonna replace the intake valves and pop it back together,get it TDC and re time it per spec.We got timing it down now.It was my **** up where I retarded it a tooth,but I only retarded the intake cam 1 tooth so all the exhaust valves are fine.so 8 valves and ill prolly end up lapping them in myself and get her running again.Tyler sounds pretty excited about this path as he was worried about dumping a dickload more money into it.Just gotta pull the head thursday and inspect.oh my computer fixed itself lol.wish cars would do that too

Ya I can lap the valves.Its cake.I just know peace of mind is priority at this point.Thursday is a head pulling party at Tyler's who's coming to watch us rip this bitch apart? jk ask him if you can come over lol

 

Well since you did a compression test and didnt hear a rattle that means no valve is in the cylinder, which is good. Just hope when you pull the head all of the valve heads arent bent to hell and damaged the head.. Lapping then will show all sorts of problems.. Hope for the best at this point.
