Arizona BS Thread
Steve, Chris, I couldnt agree with you guys more. sounds like we might need to go visit this guy soon and see what he has to say.
Tyler, what else did IPT tell you.
and on my own note, i am about to be on my third set of cyberdyne gauges. this will be there final chance to send me a product that doesnt stop working after 6 months. apparently cyberdyne was just bought out, and the company that bought them has discovered (and hopefully fix) a couple severe manufacturing issues with the gauges. They are sending me out brand new gauges and senders as good faith that they product will be able to last longer then 6 months.

I just worked a 17 hour day and a 9 hour day on about 4 hours of sleep so I could try to afford a new one. this just pisses me off so much that someone thinks they can be this dishonest and get away with it.
Nope... anyone willing to come with?
with upgraded clutches... lol
Yeah no wonder he got super defensive when I showed up at his shop with my parents and said not to take it anywhere.

IPT hasn't told me anything else other than the clutches were completely fried and that he def used parts from the new LSD and my differential to make a complete differential that actually had brass washers in it instead of steel ones like it does from the factory. I also have pics of what Jason said he put in it, and I have pics of what's actually in it from IPT... EVIDENCE MOTHER ******!
Jason, don't feed the ******* animal inside me, it's only a matter of time till he breaks loose and rips your ******* head off.
I think last time you went it was during my work shift, but if you make another trip while I'm not working, I would definitely want to come. I really want to know what this dude has to say for himself. Does he know he's going to get sued? It may be worth letting him know this, as well as letting him know how much evidence you have, and that you're obviously going to win.
You'll probably never get all your money back, but 2500 and a little peace of mind isn't a terrible victory. You can always try to extract the rest of the difference in spreading this story and sending his potential customers elsewhere.
