Q: would 2 mufflers be quieter than muffler+ res?
if not, would it be possible to put 2 resonators?
i just want a nice 2.5 or 3 inch, that doesnt rattle my teeth

The videos of the 3" have already been posted. 1st or 2nd page I believe. Even without the quieter mufflers we are planning, the current exhaust is not harsh or over bearing.
Also, two mufflers would be quieter but there really isn't room for a 2nd muffler, just the resonator.

...he just said two mufflers would be the most quiet possible setup, so two resonators would be louder than the traditional 1 and 1...
Unless you mean 2 resonators plus the muffler, in which case I don't think there's enough room.

Two shorter resonators would probably fit but I personally think it would be pointless and a waste of money. The current 3" system we offer is NOT that loud. You have all watch the video? It was posted on this thread somewhere above.

i saw the one of the 2.5 since it would be the one i would get
(i dton know much about exhaust, the problem it is that i dont want a very loud exhaust since the police mess a lot with people here)
since i also will get a header and downpipe it will sound lauder, so i was looking for the quieter 2.5 exhaust (yours it is the one that it is wining so far)

As for the direct bolt-in stock replacement down-pipe, that was one of the first products we developed for your cars. I just forgot about it and never marketed it. I'll try to get prices worked up. If you are seriously interested, we will do 15% off retail for you since you would be the first customer.
Thanks guys.

Dan, would you be able to give me a quote on a full 3 inch catback, that will bolton to a 2.5 stock dp exit....with the quietest muffler/rez you have, + baffle if your still making it,
and i need a price shipped to T9G1J9 Alberta Canada.
the reason i kinda need it asap, is the canadian dollar dropped significantly the last 2 days, and will continue to fall as oil comes down, So i need to get some money transferred to you right away, or i my price will go up and up and up!!!

Looks like I missed a few questions. Sorry about that everyone.
We have been very busy here at the shop trying to get caught up. Almost there, all pending header/DP orders should ship early next week. All exhaust systems are bent and mufflers/resonators on order; we will begin assembly Tuesday. We had a mandrel bender go south on us this week and it didn't help us on production.
For those interested in price quotes, please call us at (425)251-0329 or email Beth. Posting individual quotes on the forum really is not the best way to communicate with our customers. Or just go to our Cobalt page from the home page. All prices are current. Our exhaust systems will bolt to any stock down-pipe or header/DP combo which directly replaces the stock manifold and DP.
On the stock down-pipe replacement; we only have one ot two factory 3-bolt flanges and almost no interest in this part. At this point we do not plan to go into production as it qould require us purchasing and stocking a new flange. We can do one or two and that's about it. Again, call us direct to discuss this.
Thanks all.
Have a great Labor Day weekend.

We are hosting a sale rather than a "group buy". This way you can get the best price and not have to depend on others to order.
We are working on systems this week and are still planning to ship by Friday. It's going to be close.
Thanks again.
