aftermarket seats just go forward and back and recline if its built into the seat. I have not looked at reverse engineering the bracket to fit a stock seat, anything is possible, not sure that its worth it, unless you are very tall and dont care about the up/down feature, etc.
I fall in the last portion of that post. Please substitute very with extremely.

Hey john, the only typo i found in the how - to is this:

On Page 12 :
"The exception is the single bar that has a 90 degree end on it to mount the inside seat belt latch mechanism. It is sandwiched between the Sparco slider and the Powell main bracket, with the 90 degree bed facing upwards. "

On Page 14:
"In this picture above, the seat belt plate is mounted, sandwiched between the Sparco slider and the seat, and the seat belt latch installed"

The correct order is on Page 14 correct ?

- My Screw holes on my Seats accepted the M8x1.25 Screws without a problem (no tap needed) guess i got a good batch.

- Torque Specs for Install:
All (8) 8M x 1.25 Screws 15 ft. lbs
(2) Bolts - Seat Bracket to Floor ???
(1) Seat Belt - Buckle Bolt (re-use stock bolt) 33 ft. lbs

YES page 14 is correct. torque value is 37 ft lbs (50 n/mm ) for the OEM seat bolt hardware to the floor. I made the corrections thanks

Talking Thank John !!

got my Powell xd brackets .... and installed my R100

installed this bad boy, other one is on back order.

(look closely, and you will see the Powell Harness Bar )

1 down, 1 to go

The only issues i ran into were:

- The one bolt hole in the bracket did not line up with the hole in the floor board, I had to file the hole so it was oblong, fits like a glove now.

- I thought that the seat would be lower than the stock one (im 6' 4) but it seems to be the same height, so ill have to cram the helmet in here.

but all in all, seat is amazing & a HUGE thanks to Powell for all of the help/support and another fantastic product

sounds good thanks for the help! my main concern was the height of the seat since they do not adjust up and down.

the powellseat brackets with a sparco seat are lower than stock will go. the considerable framework and stuff of the stock seat is eliminated.

its not same as stock but if you want to go lower you will have to cut the cross member out of the car or eliminate the sliders.
