I would make sure there installed correctly SSnAZ. The few sets ive made for locals here are not that dim but then again that camera sucks for showing anything.
You can send them back and we will reseal them or we can send you OEM sealent.

Mike, I'm going to take everything apart this weekend. I still cant figure out why I have all the light coming out the back... But what I have noticed is im getting a lot of haze and buildup on the inside of the headlight and projector. Possibly from road grime? There has to be someway to use the black grommet, right?
emailed you guys and didnt get anything! email is slamb_89@hotmial.com
Just grind out the top and bottom. Thats the issue I had.

Are you using the correct screws? The ones TRS send are tiny philips heads. at least Ive never seen the big flat head heads. I will talk to them and let them know the screws are a tad to big. Also you need to run the wires through the bottom the he headlights by drilling a hole or cut a slit in the rubber boot or thats prob going to leak
Different screws, the original ones wouldnt fit. Even with the tabs bent the first threads would just be short of the hole.
These are 3mmx12mm Ill try 3x10 or smaller.
And cut a slit in the rubber boot that is in the picture, correct? I plan on siliconing the inside and the on the headlight

Yes the bulbs are siting too far away and you need to use a PAN head screw not the screws you are currently using.
I can see in the top photo that the retainer is touching the plastic housing.
Tighten down the projector more and trim more plastic, then you should be able to use the proper screws that came with the projectors.
