Did anybody keep the trunk shocks installed with this trunk or did everybody remove them?

Hey Rick thanks for the pics but those don't look like the screws we were talking about, are they? I didn't end up needing them. The 4 bolts that were holding the wood chunks in place for shipment were reused to install the trunk and they are nice and tight (although too long so I used them in conjunction with the original nuts to shorten them and worked like a charm). The original bolts that held the trunk lock/latch in place were reused as well so I saw no need for the 4 screws. And hey why is your trunk wet inside? Are you having issues with seals or was it raining when you took those pics? lol

Anyway here are installed pics. I still have to make some adjustments as it doesn't fit quite right. I also have to finish removing my vinyl stripes and clean up the rear bumper. lol

That looks ******* awesome. The color combo with orange is perfect. Mine is coming in tomorrow with my CF Hood. I hope it goes smoothly as my last package was damaged

Yes, you'll have to cut out everything, holes for the reverse light, hole for the locking mech etc etc, EVERYTHING

You will have to drill holes for the reverse lights, for the locking mechanism, for all the rubber bumpers, the holes to secure the wires for the reverse lights. Etc etc.

It's honestly just a lot of measuring and making sure you're correct.
