You think the SSC or the pro kit springs would be better? Basically I'm a bit sick of the 3" wheel gap I have right now.
Pro kit or SSC springs are probably a better choice for you then. Levels the car as opposed to lowering it and you get progessive spring rate instead of the factory linear which will sitffin things up nicely.

The rear trailing arm has an intergal "swaybar" welded into place. While its not a true sway bar it preforms the same function by stiffining the whole trailing arm.

OK you've sparked an interesting question I now have. Being that the suspension is mostly swappable between models.

Could I hypothetically move the entire Front braking system from an ss/sc to my LS? I've only gotten as deep as doing rotors pads and calipers so a conversion would be a first for me. Since I have 17's on my LS and the fact that I drive like a douce bag, I EAT through brakes.

Also dont they have adapters to put 5 lug wheels on 4 lug setup?

You can do this if you also swap on the FE5 knuckles, which will include the 5 lug hubs. But now you are opening a bigger can or worms. After all that expense and trouble, you might find it easier to use the SSBC setup.
