The MODS/OWNERS should be paying big $$$ to this member. It seems like THEY ENJOY K9's postings, specially this one, a little too GRAPH-XXX for a SITE like this; but hey, if that's what CSS.NET LIKES, Perfect, we have quite a few providers that are willingly posting up garbage like that for free...KEEP POSTING KARLEN(if they let you, go ahead, why not?), do what you do best.

Truth. Pedders over every spring.

pedders is the best. id have to say that the ark gt-f springs would be second. they are like higher quality sportlines.

Actually, the pedders do bind a bit in the front. Nothing too serious, but it does happen. Enough to wear out the powder coating on front springs of 2 sets of Pedders, but just in a few spots. Saw this on mine and one other person's that I've personally worked on.

That's probably the worst advice you could give. I'll take Konis + Pedder + hardcore bar any day of the week over all the other available street setups. This is an extremely capable setup. Enough to embarrass cars costing many times more than a Cobalt SS.

If you care about handling, get the hardcore bar first, then Pedders and Konis. You can live with TC struts, but I like the Konis MUCH more.

I have a Roehrig dyno plot of my stock SS rear shocks vs Koni Sport. Get the Konis. If you're stock, turn them up 1/2 a turn from full soft. If you're on Pedders + bar, turn them up 3/4 to 1 full turn from full soft. Will have Lee Grimes from Koni post and share more data once they get some front inserts in. They're all out at the moment.
