help with springs

i just bought the progressive springs and i was wondering if anyone could give me a heads up on how to do the swap. i.e. a how to for the front struts. and about how long it will take. thanks guys.

I'm not sure exactly how long but get a spring compressor for the front springs. Those things hold a lot of pressure and can go straight through a wall. Do it right!

you need spring compressors for the front, DO NOT TAKE THAT BOLT OFF WITHOUT THE SPRING COMPRESSORS!!! you will hurt yourself

sounds good. is there any need to put struts in when they come out. i read the stickey about lowering. how long do the stock struts usually last when you lower the car without using new struts. thanks guys
