need camber adjustment or new camber and possibly shim.
my 2006 chevy cobalt lt 2.2 needs the camber either adjusted or a new camber and possibly shim on the back passenger tire.the tire does not sit level on the ground and the inside of the tire wears faster than the rest.putting it up against laser measures shows its off 1.85 degrees.can i adjust this myself.the top of the tire sits in towards the car and the bottom of the tire sits out from the car, where the 1.85 degrees comes into play.if i can adjust this myself that would be awesome.any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
dont think my struts are messed up.dont know for certain though.and there are no lowering springs on it...not until i get this issue resolved.
ok..found my paper with the specs on it.things seem to be ok except the rear passenger tire as i stated above.it says the camber is -2.1 degrees and the Toe is -1.85 degrees. what can i do about this myself?? i know i need an alignment done but is there anything i can do before that???
