springs

ummm probley a nebie question but wondering if 2006 ss sc springs will fit a 07 lt and how much lower it will make it becuse i was going to buy some for my ss sc and sell my stock ones to a friend who has the lt thakns for all the help and advice

ha yeah you wont get much of a drop. I'd recommend goin with ss in the back and stock in the front if ur going that route as that will at least even the car out instead of such an odd stance with the front end so low.

SS all the way around, it doesnt look bad. There are 2 running around my area like that.

SS springs have a siffer rate so putting a stiffer spring in the rear while keeping a softer spring rate up front. That will have a negative inpact on the handling of the car IMHO.

so what are some good aftermarket springds to but and what is with the alimgent issue do u have to have it re alimgment and if so do u have to buy any special adjusment kits for it

I like my Eiabach Sportlines. You will definatly need an alignment after you put them on. People will tell you that you don't NEED and camber bolt kit. I didn't have a camber kit for the first 5 months then I got one. Personally I think it aligns better with one. I'll post some pics if you'd like to see them with my different tire setups.

No, you can buy them almost anywhere.

On stock springs with stock 195/60/R15 tires:


On Sportlines with stock 195/60/R15 tires (this pic was taken befor they had fully settled):


On Sportlines with 225/40/R18 tires (for summer months):
