SS/SC springs not sitting right

So i have let my FE5 springs settle (been on the car for about 2 months) and I now notice that the drivers side rear is lower than all of the other springs. SO my question is how can i fix this? Would it make a difference if i flipped the spring around? I never knew they could be upside down, but maybe this is the problem. Or is it just a saggy spring that needs to be replaced? And it is mounted properly with the plasic pieces on both the top and bottom.

Thanks for any help.
