Injector basics for LSJ

OK. But even so, how many people who are asking for Ecotec injectors that are using e37's are calling up and specifying that? I don't think any judging by Jon's reaction to finding out that mine used the e67.
I'm just saying that, outside of this little world of sport compact forums, the performance world doesn't know Ecotecs exist for the most part. To Jon, I think Ecotecs are all lumped into a single category of (I'm paraphrasing) "that little 4 cylinder that GM doesn't produce any more that uses the weird injector data that I don't have."
I don't think its much different for ID either. This morning when I spoke to Mitch he didn't know right off the top of his head what injector he should sell me. Both he and FIC have this big book of data that lists injector dimensions by application. (They both specifically told me about this book.) Mitch had to go to that book this morning to look up my application before he knew what to sell me. No lights flipped on when I told him "Ecotec." Has anyone confirmed that data supplied by ID for a p12 would be any differently formatted than the data supplied to me by FIC? That it would also not have to be interpolated from e67 format to p12? Or that ID is even aware that there is apparently a different format pcm called a p12?
Incidentally, the injector he recommended to me is the same as he recommended to redlined. And if you search on ls1tech.com, it is the same one in 8 out of 10 of those threads. So obviously it is his "go to" injector for many applications, not specifically meant or necessarily recommended for Ecotecs.
Please understand, I'm not ragging on Mitch or ID either. He was extremely nice and informative with me this morning, especially considering that I stated right off the bat that it may not result in a sale.

Had I known about ID before I might have bought there. Now I'm just trying to make the best of what I have.

Just noticed this:
LS1TECH - Vendor Directory
I have heard it said in the past that ls1tech.com does not allow / deletes negative posts about their vendors.

I've never seen that policy written out. Just rumors I have heard. Google tells a slightly different story than LS1tech does. You can find negative things about any company on Google though.

I returned my FIC's. They received them today. We'll see how the refund process goes ...
So if one wanted split-stream injectors, and ID doesn't have them, what is the next best choice?
