Standard or Pro?

I read the forum on HPTuners website about the differences between the 2. It seems as though you dont really NEED the pro version if you have a wideband GAUGE. You can just make sure it stays around 14.7 or whatever the hell you are commanding. What does everyone have? Is it essential to have the PRO version? Why?

I love my pro since I don't need to lug my laptop around to log data, considering my laptop battery only has about 5 minutes of life in it I wouldn't go very far either lol. It also allows you to log a wideband input right into our scan tool making life much easier when trying to adjust your maf or VE tables rather than hoping your looking at the right cells

I am fixing to order it and I'm getting pro. From what I hear, the people that ordered the standard wished they would of got pro. What is it, like a 100 bux more I believe.

Pro version would have made things simple. Easier to see when AFR changes occur and what the rest of the sensors are seeing at the exact same time of the change. Helps narrow down where to make adjustments. The histograms with afr and lamda info are great to have. You can log the wideband with the standard version but it takes a little creativity and math to get it right.......

wideband logging on my innovate wideband already gives me this option with the software that came with it, so i went with standard. I really dont have issues with standard and for 150 extra bucks, im not really worried about pro for the time being.

Just depends on your setup.

The on board data logging is nice for you LSJ guys since you can record about a 30 mins worth of info. For us LE5 guys I can only get about 8 mins before it runs out of memory.

Pro is the only way to go. Makes fuel tuning sooo much more easier, just a few clicks.
