Who's good at tuning?

Been doing the remote tuning with ZZP on this TVS build and I finally got a lot of the issues worked out, but at low RPM and IDLE im still having some wonky issues.... Wondering if anyone wants to look over my most recent log and the current tune Im running and maybe give me some pointers to change or some stuff that needs to be changed....ZZP has gone ghost on me for almost 2 weeks now lol but I still have faith in them maybe the dude that was tuning me got sick or is on vacation..... I just want some other people to check out what I got going on and maybe help teach me some things I can do myself to the tune..... A 2step would be nice, and this funky idle/low RPM weird stuff going on would be nice to tune out myself too.

My build is:
2006 Cobalt SS 2.0 LSJ
TVS1320 with 2.9in Pulley
80s injectors
fuel pump rewire
ZZP 3in headers, ZZP 3in resonator, ZZP 3in muffler, ZZP 3in downpipe and 3in piping between it all (no cat but 2 O2 sensors and 1 wideband in their normal spots)
LS4 Throttle Body attached to stock intake with the intake mod done and K&N cone filter at the end
NGK 2 step colder plugs gapped at 0.027inches
ZZP Red Coils
E85
Dual Bypass Endplate
ZZP front mount heat exchanger
Option B routing (bleeder in the top of my stock heat exhanger)
ZZP Intercooler Pump

I believe thats it for performance mods, the rest is all cosmetic or suspension
I will attach my current tune and most current log to this thread

Thank you in advance for anyone that takes the time to check it out and give me some pointers

Alan with ZZP is a pretty solid tuner. He was running his own tuning business and ZZP went to him to get him to join them. I would email them again.

When you say have wonky issues at low rpm, what is it actually doing? I have HPT and can take a look, but I am by no means a tuner.

Did you fix the catch can issue that I pointed out in your last post?

Who over there is tuning it? Not sure if its the same person tuning the ATS LTG motors, but i know there has been a few complaints on one of the pages over the past few months with them as well.

yes I did! I also found my vacuum leak, it was the lack of a gasket between my dual bypass endplate and the supercharger, the little green circle one... I put that in and the leak was gone instantly and I sealed up the catch can no more breather filter on it.

I believe it is AL over there that's been going back and forth with me.

Wonky idle I mean by it just still being a little high 1150rpm and it searching every now and then but not a lot anymore. Mainly my issue now is from idle and the lower rpms up until 3k the car bogs, jumps, does weird stuff and then cleans up when it gets to higher rpms I think it's because I changed intakes and still haven't got back the tune for the change back to the stock intake.... I have been emailing them with logs every few days because I was solving a misfire issue and a vacuum leak... but I got everything great and running strong now, just have a loser rpm range I believe waaaaay to rich issue but like I said I'm not sure and need someone to overlook the logs and the tune I'm on.

How the motor currently is and what the car looks like for those that haven't seen it yet I know it doesn't matter but I like showing it off.... I got this car completely stock and it was a shot box inside and out.

If you shave down that leg on the bottom of the "ECOTEC Supercharged" plastic piece, it'll sit more like it did with the M62. There might be a how-to on here, but it's fairly straight forward.

Louie I just saw this post now. I would keep emailing Al until you get a follow up. I'm sure he will be able to get the last few bugs out of your tune. Overall though how does she feel with the TVS installed brotha?

I was thinking about doing that! But now I 100% am going to, I have a dewalt multi tool that will cut it off perfectly

I almost feel like I'm annoying him at this point and he's just super busy I've sent about 6-7 emails with questions/concerns and logs and also a couple things I want changed and no response. I'm hoping maybe this week coming up it will happen lol but like I said I'm not suuuuuuper worried about it, as of right now the car is running pretty good it feels great when I step in it, much better and exactly what I was hoping for out of the stage 3 kit, I'm super glad I went this route immediately after I wasn't happy with the stage 3 results, nothing wrong with stage 3 definitely a nice setup but what I got going on now is definitely much more what I needed out of this build.

I did drive the other day and it bogged out really hard, died almost and backfired twice louder than I've ever heard anything backfire and then started right back up and drove like a bat out of hell. So that's why I'm concerned a little bit and want someone to look over the tune and log or have AL reach out and correct what's going on. It's not my daily, but it is my toy that I love taking out when I have the chance.

Yeah I feel ya brotha. One thing about ZZP they always get back to you so I'm sure by early next week it'll be all fixed up for you. Good to hear you are enjoying the TVS I figured you would. I would definitely take her to the dragstrip and see what she will do once the tune is completely dialed in. And yes install the tensioner and its literally plug and play compared to the original old style tensioner. Now if that doesn't fix the problem than you know you need a new timing chain kit. You can also get those directly from ZZP.
