I don't think a 100 shot counts as an all motor car. That is basically cheap forced induction. There is that civic SI that will run into the low 12s or 11s... but he is on wrinkle wall slicks and can actually grab traction. My dad's neighbor has a 72 Nova with a 650ci race gas fueled V-8. It will smash your insides to your spine. It still a "street legal" car that he drives from time to time. Someone find an all motor 4 banger for him to run.

They are talking about k20 swapped EG's ( civic hatches that when stripped are lighter then all get out ). Problems people get into with these are on the strip they get into the high 9's real good but getting past the mid 9's was a barrier for a long time because of the suspension and slicks needed. I know there are low 9 street able ( barely ha ha ) EG's out there now they are bad ass cars.
