you clutch should be fine if you are bone stock. I've done multiple lauches on slicks and I'm not stock power level and my clutch is doing great!

 

i bought my car used and abused at 24kmiles. and thats the same thing i told the dealer about it being fine since i'm stock. and they'll only replace it under 12kmiles

On my 2005 SS/SC the slave hung up a few times and smoked my clutch with under 5,000 on the clock. The flywheel looked like someone painted it with purple chrome paint.

My point was that if it can be done it has been done, there is no magic combination no one else hasn't already dreamed up. I loved my LSJ and my Stage 2 was plenty for me but I was still used to my LSx cars. However there is no bolt-on or tune that will make them produce the numbers I think you are planning on. It will take pretty much a full ground up build to surpass what has already been done.

well then you're familiar with the difference in a 30 roll vs a 40 roll on the auto ls1 ta's we did both. i got him by about .5-1car from 40 and he got me by about 1-1.5 cars from 30
