I for one will speak of personal experience since i just brought a cobalt. When I first test drove I was lucky to get 10psi unitl about 1200miles. I am now getting arounf 11.5 when i launch hard. Also since I have had it the exhaust has gotten significantly louder and the engine is felt more inside cockpit(lack of a better word). I can attest though the car does get more powerful with age.

I got one question and i am sorry if this opens up another debate. Since we can supposdly hang with srts can we be gt stangs 2000-2004.

a 110+mph trap will be very diffulcult up here....

As with the SRT world, I am going to have to make more power up here then somebody at a lower elevation to trap that high...
No joke, I have seen two different stage 2 balts and the best trap for either was 94. At sea level, with the same mods they would be trapping at least 102. Dan is even running a 2.8' or 2.9' pulley along with CAI, headers, high-flow muffler and boost bypass mod and his best trap was a shade over 96 I believe. He is getting his stage 1 reflash done tomorrow so hopefully that will help him gain a couple MPHs. I think it will very difficult getting the SS/SC to trap 110 up here but I know if anyone can do it, it's you guys! Good luck! BTW, when are we going to see the red neon in action?

Maybe someday I will figure out WTH is wrong with my car and you guys will have the balt ready to go. lol On a side note I did find a few other small boost leaks which I fixed today so I guess I will see how I do Friday night at the strip. You are right though, the elevation definitely seems to kill the balt a LOT more than the neons. Fastest stock time I have seen anyone here run in an SS/SC was a 15.1@89 I believe.
