Stage 2 SS/SC vs Tuned and modded SS/TC

Nah, Im not worried about what you say at all, after all you drive the slower car LNF FTW yo'
You need to take the game face off and realize I was just having some fun here. But seriously if you think your gonna be spraying the 50 shot and keep the same level of reliability, your sadly mistaken. "very safe" and No2......... if its very safe, the bottle must be shut off ...

i know you really cant tell over the internet, but i have been just having some fun on this thread as well. i have not once taken anything to heart. my first post in here called out what was going to happen with this thread, and sure as **** i was right. anytime you mix lsj & lnf in the same thread it turns in to a battle about whos car is faster. who cares. no matter how fast or powerful we make our cars there is always that one guy that will be quicker.

Here is what I don't get, I keep seeing statements like "LNF owners think their car was built by god," "LNF Owners have such a big head about their car, blah balh." But you cannot go one page without seeing comments on how great the LSJ is, and how much better it is than the LNF. And turbo swapped LSJ will Pwn everything....
DI has not been figured out yet, we all know this. But no one, and I know for a fact no one has built one LNF and one LSJ, then taken an identical turbo and manifold, and bolted them and dyno'd them. So no one knows which engine is more efficient with a turbo swap.
Yes there is a DI WHP ceiling, but once that gets figured out, maybe some people should try this. Then you can officially say which is better. (Which is stupid to argue anyways, because they are both in a Cobalt SS, and are both fast motors, and both crush many cars with the same or more displacement.)

trapping 107 in 100 degree heat and 180 IAT2's will do that, and half the reason ive beaten cars is because i can drive. If you cant drive dont say your car is faster. Kinda funny when my SLOW time was in the throwdown there were plenty of lnf's with higher traps but slower times hmmm. And the vette wasnt stock, and it was from a roll dont really have to know how to drive for that one!!!

that just means the guys in the LNF cant drive their car. Have a good driver drive it and they should smoke you.

and all i said was i havent been beat by ANY lnf yet i didnt say it cant or wouldnt happen. and if a guy has lets say average of an lnf with a tune and bolt ons 300WHP and im running 284WHP and i beat him in a race he STILL lost and having the higher hp doesnt make him faster. There is a local tuned TC lives right in my area and is well into the 300whp range but still hasnt run faster than me. Grant you he doesnt have slicks or no how to drive but he still isnt faster until he does. And once the new HE i ordered gets in and the mounts, and slicks i will pretty much destroy alot of cars (DD)

Ha hah .... yep, i stand corrected. Hopefully some of the swapped LSJ's can get some decent passes down and make it interesting.
Another thing people over look in these discussion's are power bands. The LSJ's power band seemed to hold longer into the RPM range than the LNF's . I can only compare the 2 SS's i've had.... but the TC seems peaky.... makes it's grunt down low but seems to fall of after 5800. I know it won't make sense to most but that's how it seems to me.

GM is str8 crazy. Late "GTO's" have an awesome powetrain but the styling? WTF? Might work in Australia but, bland by American standards. How they gon' make a follow up 2 a classic with sumtin made "down under", mate? Shouldve called (that) the G8. The G8 should have been the Impala SS, only way to follow the 96 Impala SS
