I can see 25, but 28 is a bit of a stretch in a GTO.... even a stock one. You must be trying to hypermile it or something.

I raced a guy in a corvette in my 2.4 cobalt, I owned him, you should have seen it, when he was doing 40 I flew past him at 60 it was awsome!

Nice sarcasm, you do realize that a tuned/bolted lnf can run down a stock C5 with ease right?
