New Tires
dam 235's probably will rub even 245's they place i went to about tires told me they think the 225/45/18's r going to rub on my car but they said they will be glad to put any tires i want on the car.
oh ya thats the best part... i ordered them but i didnt pay for them... if for any reason the tire or rim do not fit 100% i get to look thru the catalog again and pick out something different. Thats why im saying give me a week or so and ill let you know if they rub or not. Im finding out at the expense of my local tire dealership
well these images are a long time coming so I have to apologize but here is what General's Exclaim UHP tires look like on an SS/SC

it likely would but if your already prepared to bottom out your driving would be the best tool to keep the car safe
the 235's have been tried before and unfortunatly the person had them on after market 7.5" wide rims. the center of the tire showed more wear. it just does not fit properly unless you have a 8" rim. 9" is the best according to tire manufactures.
Get ready to order 8" wide rims. don't find out the hard way.

no thats the price of them. look em up on discount tire and they will say something like 140 and the pirreli's are like 160~180. there are huge mark ups on tires when buying retail and some tires just cost more than others straight from the manufacturers
Dam! That's a pretty sweet deal then, especially if you say that the traction and overall performance has increased. Thanks for the info.
my boy that is the leader of the car group im in and he just wants my car to be faster asap so i told him i need new tires first and he said ok and ordered them for cheaper and is getting them in about 2 weeks.
