Yes I think I can get it to 470 whp or so with the meth and same boost as it is running now just waiting on devil's own to send him a new fitting so we can start tuning it with the meth.

Yep cams would add roughly another 15 whp or so to his car by themselves and will actually lower boost levels seen as the motor breathes better with them. Normally I see a 2 psi drop in boost with the cams so that allows me to make the wg ramp more aggressive while keeping sane boost levels.

Then you'd be really close to what ZZP first made on the ZFR that would be great to see. I may have to get you to tune me when I finally get a turbo

So Term2 tuned a 7163 on a custome ZZP manifold but here's some info.

He sold the car not sure if the car's new owner is on here. The car has a 6 speed, cams, built motor, etc. I wish I had been able to tune the wg via HP tuners though the mbc took that control away and I do not like that.

Its all in the tune, you should see the smooth progressive ramp on my setup, the initial hit is butter smooth and then ramps up a bit more at 4800rpms. But unfortunately once you've broken a tranny, you're always nervous about doing a 3rd gear pull lol. I know I am, I've been doing more 4th pulls on the freeway than any 3rd pulls anymore, its like i subconsciously baby 3rd gear. Another reason why I'm done modifying this car and going to step into the kappa platform with a 2jzgte swap.

I looked back it was actually a 7064 EFR not a 7163.

We are still waiting on an exhaust housing from the foundry. They are way behind schedule. Once it is tested successfully, we will order a batch. It is a slow process.

We have tested both. I like the .64 better for the LNF.

I can't wait either seeing what Infraredlines car does with his 259et which flows very close to the 7163 and on the .64 a/r it should have a good spool too!

S259 is a much larger turbo than the 7163. 7163 compressor has a 57mm inducer and 71mm back side. By comparison, the 259 is 59mm and 80mm.

From the info I've seen online the 259et flows 62lbs/min and the 7163 flows 60lbs/min

what kind of testing numbers did you get with the 0.64? ~470 on pump safe and within efficiency range?

Unless I am miss reading this are you guys machining the 6758s housings to fit the 7163 internals? If so would you guys be offering this as an option? I only ask because I just purchased a 6758 and would interested in getting it machined to the 7163 prior to install. Again this is assuming I read the previous comments correctly before.
