you might be running to high of a meth/water mixture or you could have your injection time wrong also or even to big of a nozzle

You need to find someone with HPTuners near you. They can read the ZZP PCM and then make changes to your PCM. Once they do that, you can fine tune it to run perfect.

Then you can send ZZP back the old PCM and call it a day

im thinking the injection time. the mixture is 50/50, and the nozzle has to be the right size cause rodney at AIS said it was for my car and my application type.

Kwest i said earlier...with your new setup you have a higher boost psi..your stage 1 should start spraying at about 70% of your max boost...did you recalibrate it for your higher boosting?

yea if you got them to tune for it then yea ...but remember they have different flow rates as you go to their website an simulate a check out for the pcm they offer an you'll see what i mean...but yea essentially you should be much more less likely to have problems since you are already tuned for a cai in one manner or another...feel free...the Injen CAI's look bigger than the K&N's tho....like the K&N's are 2 inch an the injens are like 2.5....i'm not sure if thats true dimensions but gives you an idea what they look like in difference cuz a friend also has the K&N typhoon CAI
