the SS/SC was generally putting down legit whp dyno numbers from around 205-212whp iirc;
the SS/TC was generally putting down 245-248whp ~ so it's more like a 40whp gap...

if I can use my own observations;
At my local track (RIP) - which ususally was around 600ft density altitude;
in 2010 I put down a best of 14.3 - and I was bone stock, running street tires...
my buddy on the same night in his '07 SS/SC (also like me, he has G85) put down a best of 15.3.

Now to people who live at lower altitudes, or who have better tracks - it's easy to scoff at those numbers ~ but IMHO, they were both good times (so please don't make any "driver mod) comments.

yeah, with just an intake on mine my car made 237hp 211 tq...and that is at 5800 ft elevation.
Those numbers you posted seem more realistic for the stock LSJ Soundjunky. I shouldn't have went off of Leeman's claims That's also a huge elevation, happy dyno? Or was leeman with a tune? I assumed he is bone stock with intake thrown on.

You and your friend are a little off going from the link I posted. I must be missing some information because it's not making sense at the moment, Stock LSJ are all low-mid 14's while stock SS/TC are mid-high 13's...

if this ^^ was in refrence to me - it's all about elevation - those best e/t threads here pretty much alienate people running at higher elevations or DA's...
which is why even magazine publications will generally do DA corrections for e/t's

For example, my I got my GA to pull a 15.2 - which after DA correction came out to a 14.4.

.8 difference after elevation correction? That's harsh, you must be up some high. Good thing Toronto is 249feet (wikipedia) so pretty good in terms of elevation.

I've been sent back out to work so will be putting on lots of kilometers. Interested in seeing how the cobalts fair after 200k+.
