List your mods.

99% of the time it's a boost leak. There are only roughly 84125414526541265421 threads touching on this!

Maf frequency out of predetermined range.
dirty maf, aftermarket intake skewing readings, bad maf, or something similar.

Thought maybe someone has had this happen and knew a way to fix it I searched it bt didn't find much , I did recently do boost leak test and fixed the 2 on intercooler piping we boost leak tested again and nothing else came up, I did purchase new maf sensor still coming up,
So far got hahn ic, intake , and chargepipe, hp tune , bws , upgraded fuel lobe intake cam 26 psi , could I need a retune??

Yes, we're all very aware the P0101 is a maf code.. lol

Is there a vta bov in the system, or is it just the stock bpv?

Try putting stock intake back on. I dont think we have seen hardly any MAF failures.

As said it's usually a boost leak or an intake problem. Most people think the Hahn intake is one of the worst.

Are you tuned for it? What are your fuel trims with it?

I am tuned for it, fuel trims? I don't tune the car so I don't know bt my tuner did say I was getting good fuel cus on the highway we did have the boost turnt up to 29 psi until I started getting spark blow out , so we turned boost down to 24 26 psi ,had advance auto part plugs ,got the 1 step colder plugs threw them in Havnt retune yet bt when my tuner told me to punch the car after putting plugs in that's when it threw the p0101 and no cel just throws code car goes into limp mode .. no boost and it does it every now and then ... and when I put in the new plugs gapped them at .32 as per tuner 1 step colder and am still getting spark blow out..

Wait? Your tuner thought 29 psi was ok?

You don't have to be a tuner to read your fuel trims. I use a bluetooth adapter with Torque android app.

You should be on stock plugs gapped close to stock or at 0.35

I'm still guessing you have a boost leak or your intake/tune is screwed up.

Your boost leak test is done from the upper charge pipe, it would not tell you if you have leaks in the intake or issues with the turbo.

I would bet you still have a leak. This guy had a similar issue and claimed he didnt have a boost leak, yet it ended up being a boost leak https://www.cobaltss.net/forums/comp...-sedan-314303/

Who's your tuner if you don't mind me asking?

Also, just for the heck of it, have you pressure tested just the Hahn ic you have? They used to be pretty notorious for blowing out the welds on the end tanks.

I am not positive since I took it to a shop ..

Bt they told me the ic could've cracked or been faulty so they did test that.

I saw his thread of his problem bt his boost and it was throwing cel 30 secs after running the car I can run my car for a while before that codes comes up takes couple hours for it to show... and it makes boost to 24 psi ... I don't see any direct issue that is the direct cause. Everyone says it could be this or it could .. so gust rating I'll check the car . And getting retune in a bit and tuner going to data log the car..
