doesn't anyone see the statement in the service bulletin? it says "excessively over oiled filter"... not just the filter the way it comes from the manufacturer.

Yeah look that up look at the section that says the dealer must fix a car with an aftermarket calibration because if I sold cars I would want people tuning it them selves
