Custom Intercooler...

27"x6"x3.5" over all with custom 2.5" 90* elbows added. Bar and Plate style

 

Even though Terminator2 had bad luck with the crazysteve ic, when the time comes I am pretty sure that is the one that I am getting. The piece that I saw looked great and well put together. It felt stout and the welds looked to be a A+ job. It went in without a problem, and the price is HARD to beat.

Well I don't have a way to read my IAT2s

The HHR guys say it never gets above 10*+ ambient

The intercooler is probably overkill but when it comes to the life of my engine, i'll take it.

 

Buy at your own risk. It really does not fit well behind the crash bar either it was hitting my condensor and the crash bar. I hope they are putting 90* elbows on instead of the 70* ones they were using. I wish I had the pictures on this computer to show you. It suffered from a a ton of fitmant issues not just one.

Just put it this way. When i order this next week. And it doesnt fit when it comes in. I will drive up there. or fly there with it.

 

Is the core 27 inches long or just the IC itself. It looks smaller than 27.
