On e47 and 27psi now 4th gear is very strong pulling, not a single issue with the frankenclutch, I think it's good for anything I'll be able to throw at it.
its still got headroom at 27 psi, at 6.8 ms injection time, fuel pressure is holding perfectly all the way to redline. I turn it up little by little on the hallman evo pro rx cockpit cable.
and I will never use a boost control solenoid on this setup again. I'm getting excellent response and solid flat boost and he ability to adjust on the fly in car is priceless. Thumbs up for hallman.

Looks like around 28-29psi is around max for the fuel cam and opels on e47. Injector is around 7.3ms maintaining .88 lambda and fuel pressure is umped up to 2400psi. I'm sure there's even more headroom but I don't want to stress everything that much, I'd rather hook up the 5th.
Next im hooking up the 5th injector to let the fuel system relax a bit, and lower the fuel pressure, maybe in the future try out full e85 and see how far that goes.
Overall, this setup is really fuken quick. I'm very happy how it came out. Problem is haven't had anyone really want to screw with me, it sounds kinda and looks stock. So far only a focus st have buzzed me, and one lowered truck. Once the wastegate cracked, they just backed off.

Nope, I'm pretty content where it's at right now. I could always turn up the boost more, as there's still more tuning headroom, but I'm fine with how it is. Just having fun with it now.

Almost lost my car on Friday night had to stay up all night without power for 2 days, watching the flood creep it's way up to my door bottom, luckily it never went higher but we are still very flooded in Houston from the hurricane. It's all good now it's in my shop and it's dry there.

T51R mod coming next. Trying to figure out how to machine the compressor cover now, but should be interesting. If it works, I'll offer the service to everyone with a larger than stock turbo with surge cover.

Listen to the video I posted a bit back in this thread. It'll whistle on low to mid boost, not even WOT. My only worry is that it'll get annoying lol. But since I've run out of things to do to the car now I figured might as well see what's involved with the machining of the compressor cover.
ive settled on 28psi on e47 as the general everyday tune. That's about it safely for the cams and opels as far as injector timing, the window is maxed out. I could raise fuel pressure more but I'd rather not. If I want to go to 29-30+psi I'll have to screw with the 5th injector.
Ive ruined my front tires since the swap 😂

For the price, nope. I already have my 5th injector setup that I made if I want more. There's more in the setup but it just becomes pointless with fwd. it's more of a fun factor now, I've scared countless people with the ewg dump and gotten honked at or been given the finger. I wave lol.
Its all all about smiles per gallon in a setup like this.

Switching to E30/E35 whatever u wanna call it 1:2 e85/gas blend. See if I can turn it up to ~29psi and keep the injectors below 7.3 ms. This is fun as hell lol.

I need some help here figuring this out.
Wiring up the AEM meth controller to the 5th injector. I'm using their MAF frequency tap to determine injector start and peak time. The issue is the wiring to the injector maybe. This new style controller uses both the POS and NEG wires to go to the "pump" (injector) instead of the old style which was just controlling the ground side and you ran the POS side of the "pump" to the battery POS. Controlling the ground it works like it should. But with this new style controller using both POS and NEG to the "pump" it will intermittently work then throw an open circuit error code. I assume its just seeing that theres no pump there and what it should detect as a certain resistance of the pump or something. But I can't seem to get this AEM v2 controller to work.
I know the v1 controller works but wanted to tune the 5th injector curve via the MAF curve rather than boost pressure like i would have to do with the v1 controller.
All else fails I guess I'll have to use the v1 controller bc I'm not throwing out $400+ to ZZP just to use the controller in the kit since they wont sell me one by itself.

Oh and I now have developed a 2nd gear grind, going from 1-2 shift about 60% of the time. Awesome, seems like the synchro is going out, there is around 150,000 miles on this trans though.
