May have solved 100% E85 on LNF puzzle
The jury is still out on that, although I was able to run 100% E85, with no fuel system modifications on my HHR SS. Once we get the layer to a few others to test we'll have a better idea of whether this will work on a large cross-section of vehicles or whether mine is a factory freak.
I went out and measured mine. I was able to put a 2mm allen in this end. You can see down inside where it gets smaller. However on the second pic I was able to put only a 2.5mm allen in the pump itself. Hope this helps out some.

Thanks, I need to finish the definitions for 2009 and 2010 along with the layer mods. I was able to get almost all of the 2008 stuff finished yesterday (IamBroke you should be hearing from me later today)
OK, Forgive the fuel trims, I have some tuning to do. It's raining lightly, but it looks promising.
I could only get to about 250% load in third tonight (instead of 320%) before they broke loose. Injector DC is way down with the new base file and on ~80% E (11.5 gals E85 on top of 2 gals E47) at 2200 psi I had no KR at all in the pull. None at all in the 10 mile drive with 24* advance up top. You can see from the screencap that I couldn't get enough load to go into full PE lambda of .883
This is a modified BYT tune I'm playing with tonight. Pulls strong and smooth.
Ignore the Intake Cam angle, I have a new actuator on order, mine's getting flaky. Hopefully I'll get some dry roads & the actuator to dial this in soon.
