I know you guys are getting impatient with this turbo taking a long time to get to market. It definitely became a lot more of a project than I had anticipated. Plus, we switched to a different foundry and basically had to start over when we couldn't meet our goals initially. That pushed this product's lead time back significantly, but it was done mainly for the consumers since we will have the ability to come in at a much better price point with some of the deals that we worked out in the end. Its the same setup as the 10.99 run. It dyno'd around 540 at this boost level, but that was corrected. The uncorrected power that it is actually making on the street, er I mean test course, was over 560 with 540 ft lbs of torque.

could you not hear it? hahah. yeah it was wheel spin but the fact that unlike most people getting wheel spin. it didn't take very long for the car to catch up and hold that speed. thats whats amazing.

It was wheel spin but at the end of the video you could hear the engine noise/ speed redline as it got the grip.

 

I know it's tough to put a date on it....but do you think it'll be available by like March? April?

 

It spins the tires to 125, then the car catches up and the speedo drops to about 120, then I ran it out to 125 without spin. You can hear the tires as it starts spinning and again as it stops spinning.

 

I would sure hope so. I think there will be a lynch mob after me if it isn't.
