Superchips vs. Trifecta
On a cold engine, do you think it'd be better to let it rev a bit higher, and keep lower load on the engine, or lower revs and more load on the engine?
When I'm at work I usually park in a parking garage, so I've wondered this, since I usually have to go up/down right after starting it.
Don't mean to TJ, but this brings up something I've been wondering:

I know folks that aren't the greatest drivers that have run 13.7-13.5 with the SC tune, so, not too bad in my opinion. As far as the difference between the two there will be no question once you're reflashed with Trifecta. Enjoy!
yea i would go with the trifecta. ive had both and i tear up the tires in 2nd gear with my trifecta. its fun lol.. i wasnt too impressed with the Superchips.. not that its bad or anything. i do like that the SC comes with the tuner and it allows you to view your cars data. but the trifecta can be fine tuned. plus if you have questions you allways know your gonna talk to vince so its all good.
I ran a SCT (only) car today. SCT is a little stouter than I thought!! The new Trifecta kills SCT in the top end of each gear (raised RPM) however. From a dig he jumped me (he feathered I dumped ooops) but it was all over by third where I'd pulled a car & a 1/2 -- then by fourth I was gone. Props to a canned tune!!
what no way thats porches fastest car other than the carrera gt thats sounds pretty unbelieveable seeing those cars run low 11's cant remember but i think they 400 sum hp and close to 500 torque kinda makes me wanna try this tune out
I prolly should have chimed in some time ago, if its any indication, I switched from my HP tune to the new selectable trifecta tune, and am perfectly happy (Even happier) and won't go back. Got my purchased data cable on the way right now, so I can spread the trifecta love. (Sounds like a disease)
the 911TT i ran into was grannying the shifts, like i said early, had we swapped cars, no contest it would peepee slap my ride. Its really a shame because youd think these guys who buy these cars are drivers first and rich guys second, but not this particular dude. He obviously doesnt spend enough time behind the wheel to bond with the car. Too much time at the hospital or courtroom and not enough turbo time.....
If your not gonna wring it out, why buy the friggin car.....
I hope i get to see the car again but with no torque management....

Key word being chased....

Take away the awd launch advantage. It was from a roll and I was and stayed about 5 cars behind the whole time. I never was right behind him. Believe what you want I keep up with 11 second cars from a roll.
So are Skyline GTR's. Try to find people in fast cars that know where the gas pedal is located.
