me = not impressed.

laggy, and I expected more from the different style manifold and bigger turbo.

guess I'm back to my old self of lnf hating and lsj promoting.

maybe in a few years, I'll finally be putting the power down to the ground as best I can, and I can start making a lot more power overall. Until then.....

oh, and thanks for the welcome backs. lol.

Sorry, when I wrote that I was in a hurry. It was regarding how you would do a custom tune for those that got the kit in your shop. How is it going to work for those of us not lucky enough to be in the NY state? Pre-tune right? Thanks

Rev limiter is 6700? Rev's up pretty quick, you were hitting that thing throught 1,2.

On a 2.0L GSR using a BW S362 turbo (same as GT35R) we make 440 WHP @ 14 psi of boost with FULL boost @ 5000 RPM... power does not let off until 9500 RPM... to some, that might be laggy but its perfect for high rpm highway runs

I think what they have done with the LNF and the turbo upgrade is GREAT work. If you want instant power then N/A or S/C should be where you are looking but you won't get as much power as you would like a turbo car.

Thumbs up for the great work you guys have done! Keep up the good work.

With that much power on a fwd car, rolling down the road a bit BEFORE the boost hits is not a bad thing.

Think about it, full boost and power at a low rpm would be usless on street tires or even drag radials.

Any plans of a GP on this kit?

it would be really interesting to see what effects a 3" exhaust has on the bigger turbo.

Awesome numbers already!

they'll easily climb in the 400+whp/wtq range with a 3"+ exhaust

These are some impressive numbers...but can the engine internals, transmission and axles take it?

Could this still be a daily driver or has it become purely a track car?

Stock CATBACK.

The DP is on it.

Why not made an electric cut out option for the DP?

I think the internals/tranny/etc will take that power as long as you drive it smart.

leave street tires on it and avoid drop clutch starts with sticky tires/slicks and it all should survive

go to the track with et streets and side step the clutch and I think the tranny/clutch will **** the bed very soon.

A clutch upgrade should be part of the package however.

good thing about NO traction in a high hp fwd car is that there is no load/stress of tires biting hard to break weak parts.

I think your way of thinking is backwards. You leave big 18 wheels with street tires and wheel hop that car and the tranny and axles are done. Sticky tires/slicks with a wrinkle sidewall will not hurt the car near as much as street tires.

Now if you are just talking about riding around on the highway doing ricer rolls. Then yea, the car should last for quite a while. But rolls are for the bakery. That's not a real race, nor a real sport.

Daily Driver, I have been driving the car for the last 2 weeks everyday, and it behaves just like it did before the kit was installed. A 3" exhaust would help, but we wanted to show you how well this car is developed from the factory and from our parts. We have been able to make one of the highest horsepower ss/tc with a moderately sized turbo and a stock exhaust, thus allowing those who want more power for it to be easily obtained. Inaddition, this car doesn't wheel hop, it has never once since we have owned the car.

at this hp level, on street tires i would not expect any wheel hop, but for it to just blow the tires away

Now side stepping it at 4500 on slicks at the track and bye bye tranny

the driveline will hold with no problem. the only thing that will be needed is a clutch. everyone needs to stop say the ss/tc trans is going to break. A gm eng. said the car will do 500 whp on that trans with no prob. I will be buying a twin disc only because I am tracking the car a lot.
