We have more work to do, which i am sure will increase the powerband, like I said this is initial testing, but within the next few weeks we will have our final results. All in all the car is an absolute blast to drive, and the power comes on alot sooner on the street than it did on the dyno. This is also all on a stock cobalt exhaust! We will continue to update the thread with new videos and results as we have them.

Thanks Morgan

What gear was it done in? That looks like a 2nd or 3rd gear run.

My question is, How is the Stock Clutch Holding up? Seems like those numbers require a beefier clutch.

The stock clutch in the TC seems to be a bit better than the stocker in the SC. Almost everyone I know locally with a SC cobalt has had some sort of clutch slip issue.

hahaha....I have always said that the friction material is good on the stock clutch , the factory slave I think is junk. From the break in period in my ss/sc it could never be shifted with any aggression. It would slip. As for holding power, it does well, just don't shift it hard.

I'd hope it's better considering it's much larger,

BTW, I'm making more power than any other SS/SC locally that I know of and I have no clutch slip...

Great start Synapse. Can't wait to see what happens when you get everything fine tuned.

I don't have any slip either... I think people just glaze them up too much from normal driving then when they go to hammer on it it won't grab. Mine grabs like a **** and I have 24k on it.. been down LVD numerous times, been in NYC/long island traffic several times, and nothing. I think it's all in the driver, but i'm not gonna say anything in fear of pissing people off lol.

Yeah, people in Albany are freakin' little kids. Can't handle criticism. Nick is the worst, he likes little boys...

We are currently finalizing pricing. You have to undertsand this is a complete kit and not a cheap upgrade, it includes custom machined coolant/oil adapters, an line, custom tubular manifold, 3" SS v-band downpipe, ball bearing turbo, bov, aluminum charge piping, intake, etc....... Everything to transform a bone stock ss/tc into a tire burner!

But don't worry we will have a group-buy for those that want to get on board early.
