Does Treadstone still make these turbo manifolds that I've seen on here and are they any good for ZZP's EFR? I would've pm'd rather than revive a 20 year old thread, but I can't since Treadstone doesn't have vendor status anymore /shrug

You don't need a new manifold for the ZFR. Its whole purpose is to be bolt on.

I believe the Treadstone manifold is a t3 manifold but could be wrong. There are probably EFR turbos that would fit it but why bother unless you're looking for a bigger size one. Even then, who's to say that it would all fit between the motor and firewall properly??

You can call or email Treadstone directly with questions also.

i just installed the treadstone manifold

issues i had :

- had to grind the left side of the manifold cause it didnt fit properly
- had to bend a coolant line in the back to make more room to fit it in

other then that good design

Ya I know the ZFR is totally bolt-on.. I was just looking to improve it But it looks like it's a shitty piece from what brant has said.

So in your opinion, is it a good idea or a bad idea?

It's an awesome kit.... hands down by far one of the best ways to put your Cobalt on the map when it comes to power and reliability when going big turbo! Let us know if you have any questions about the kit!
