The Exhast was as well and still looks good, the down pipe looks bad.
Matt,

It looks like you guys are comming along on our project.
The parts sure look better in person then in pictures. But they look better for sure attached to my motor!
Looks like you may need to get them to open the track this weekend. (just Kidding)

^^Has a lot of great info on the maximum power handling capabilities of stock parts as well as what parts to upgrade and how. I believe ZZP said the stock fuel system was maxed out at around 450 HP. The pistons will go at about 500Hp as will the rods. The block is good up to 800HP with steel sleeves. As for LSJ, I believe the book above tells you. I know the pistons and rods are different for LSJ and LNF though (direct injection pistons).

Today's update pics-

We started it up this afternoon, but it was too late to get the front end aligned and we need to break in the clutch, so we have not dyno'd yet.

the LNF turbo upgrade install starts at $400 plus options. Other labor is listed on our site under services.
No, but you will be able to get a better one off our site soon, for half the price.
Fuel pressure is raised in the ECM.

Yes - its our DownPipe. Kevin contacted us this morning expressing his concern. There are many possible reasons for a flex section to collapse after/during 1 & 1/2 years of use and one can only speculate as to the reason. I told him that @ no charge we would replace the flex section with a new reinforced flex section OR (realizing the OP switched to a turbo-kit that runs a different DP) refund $100 if he were to keep it "as is"
