Here is another video from the track.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g8HaiLOXce8

Just ordered a new camera for better sound and car videos.

I instruct at the track so I was able to go out with the full race setup cars.
I have the power, i need track tires to corner better.
Ahh big beaver. Which event was this? I haven't been to BR in a few years. Love that track. Much faster than it looks. It flows very well.

Noticed you had Mitch put a cage in your other car. I had him do a cage years ago. Awesome work. I actually need to give them a call next week to see about getting these control arm bushings installed.

I tell you Matt, you and Ryan need to give the road courses a try. I would bet money you guys would get hooked on it. As much as you guys love cars and going fast, you will love this.

I know i would enjoy it. But.. after pricing and the total cost for the time available is way more than i can dish out. I think its like a $90 membership fee + 2 hrs drive time to the track + 2 hrs drive home + track time costs. That entails on a test and tune day 7 sessions for $150. Or can rent the track for $1105-$2785! So... to drive all that way and then have to pay each time to play at least $150. I have to drive the same distance to the best track near by and only pay $20 for as many passes as i can go. It would be awsome fun to be able to go at least test and tune, but i just dont have the $$. Perhaps a Birthday gift for me at some point. hehe..

The car now has over 31k miles on it and about 4k on the turbo swap. The car also has 12 road course track days on it. Everything is holing up GREAT on the car. The car still shocks people on the track when they are getting passed. It is a blast to drive as a daily driver as well. The ZZP stage 4 clutch and clutch rod are all working great as well.

The car now has 40k miles on it, everything is still going GREAT!
The car has great power, the clutch is holding up with no issues.
I had the car on the road course atleast 15 days this summer and everything has held up great.

Thx for those comments turbo ss, make me want that kit so much !! lol

I have a question though for Matt or Ryan, why there was a lot of thread of people on here about not going past 24 psi on stock turbo to prevent cracking a ringland on stock piston, but then you can run stock pistons on this kit up to 450whp or more ?

Im sure theres a valuable reason but i would like to understand why if its possible.
The kit is really nice and im really interrested.

There's a lot to it. Running a small turbo way out of it's efficiency range heats the air charge much more than running a larger, more efficient turbo. IC choice also has a lot to do with engine damage risk. Then of course the tune needs to be reasonable. With everything set up correctly, you can run in the 450whp range without issue.

LMAO!
Ryan you are the best! You got it pegged about MAtt, (just kidding) you are both good (great) guys to work with!

I am still driving her everyday. It has been a long winter here in Pittsburgh, can't do all the playing I would like on these frozen roads.
