Why the hell would even bother though when A 2JZ is offered in a REAR wheel drive car from the factory. Putting it in a front wheel drive platform would be silly.

there was a solstice that made the swap a while back. that thing was a beast. not done in a cobalt yet. It took years to do a proper rwd conversion, so if you're willing to dish the cash, I would love to see a 2jz rwd cobalt.

 

If you're going to go through the trouble of going rear wheel with a 2J might as well stick to chevy and throw a Corvette engine in there..... 2J haha!
