can u say pauls turbo 2.0
Heres a couple pics I have of some of the fuel components to make it a little easier to understand how the entire system works when it comes to converting to a return system.
Stock in tank regulator located inside the fuel canister at the end of the stock return line:

2002 Ecotec fuel rail, indentical to ours but with a return fitting already tapped:

Stock fuel supply and return lines that both run to the stock fuel filter:

Stock fuel pump with inline fuel inlet and outlets:

helpfull, but how does it all go together and how does it work/ im not familiar with fuel systems. Can i just buy these parts and contruct a return line system and my fuel problem will be gone?
if u go to the fuel system 101 under tuning intense and u will get a better picture of whats going on in our fuel system and u can see were i also posted not too long ago i 2 have many questions like u.

have to get one custom man,
and I'm hitting the dyno on sunday, even though it's still untuned, gonna see what I'm playing with right now. It sometimes lets me go WOT in 3rd or 4th gear so we shall see

So that downpipe wont work? Can you post pics of yours paul? did you just make a simple elbow then run a normal cobalt ss dp? or fab a whole dp? Also can we get someone to do a how to on the fuel system sometime soon? It would really help, or even just the basics of it. Getting the most info on converting these cars to full turbo is what everyone is looking for and i think getting the most info on this site is the best way! So lets help each other out and git r done!
I think I did post some pics in this thread from under the car showing the bends. It's basically two bends, almost a 180 degree off the flange and then a reverse 45 degree to a flex pipe and 3" straight pipe with a45 degree up bend to connect to the flex pipe. not that complicated. Kenny fabbed it up in like 20 minutes.
Also paul are you running a boost controller? and where did you mount the wastegate? bov? and boost controller if you have one? Pics of them would help to picture it in my head. thanks again bro!
Pics are in the thread man, that blue piece in the center of the motor bolted to the fuel rail cover bolt is the boost controller, 38mm wastegate stick up off the top of the turbo manifold. BOV is currently on the wrong side of the piping, swapping it to the hot side next week
Eh not going to have time this week. it;s an srt dyno day so $50 for 3 pulls with afr you can't go wrong. gonna bump it to 20 psi and see what happens though lol. Car won't be fixed til next week, so I'll go back again after that once it's fully tuned to see exactly the difference is gonna be
