Can we get a how to up for the return fuel line? Also would this fix the fuel problem or would we need other things? If we need other things please specify. Thank you.

When I ran a return line on my neon I just ran some fuel line back to a T fitting in the fuel inlet hose going to the tank.

So that downpipe wont work? Can you post pics of yours paul? did you just make a simple elbow then run a normal cobalt ss dp? or fab a whole dp? Also can we get someone to do a how to on the fuel system sometime soon? It would really help, or even just the basics of it. Getting the most info on converting these cars to full turbo is what everyone is looking for and i think getting the most info on this site is the best way! So lets help each other out and git r done!

I think I did post some pics in this thread from under the car showing the bends. It's basically two bends, almost a 180 degree off the flange and then a reverse 45 degree to a flex pipe and 3" straight pipe with a45 degree up bend to connect to the flex pipe. not that complicated. Kenny fabbed it up in like 20 minutes.

Pics are in the thread man, that blue piece in the center of the motor bolted to the fuel rail cover bolt is the boost controller, 38mm wastegate stick up off the top of the turbo manifold. BOV is currently on the wrong side of the piping, swapping it to the hot side next week

Paul, fix the BOV location and MAF pipe before you hit the dyno man. Put some good numbers down and do it right for us. I want to see your car's true potential man.
