What's wrong with a stock motor as long as it's still running right. You guys may have more in the way of quantity but we def got the quality.

I'm hoping to have a pump gas 425whp little beater while I'm finishing up the monte build (going for 1000whp on that one)
I'm changing around my build plans now though,
probably going to swap over to the msd standalone pcm in a month or so,
then new motor:
8.5:1 pistons,
ARP head/main studs
some rods (whoever comes out with a set beside JBP)
nuetral balance shafts, full head work.
272 grind cams, new springs, retainers.
should have a nice 9krpm beast. now I just gotta figure out what to do with the transmission, still rockin the stock clutch at almost 25,000 miles now (original clutch and tranny, DSS II axles) we shall see what time brings upon this car.
Very good plan. My uncle has a fully built motor with a T3/T4 on his Integra GSR. He dynoed at like 350 @ 12psi. Its built to take as much as 24-26psi. I guess he can turn it up as high and make 450+whp

damn.... Well I will be needing help soon with some things as this is my first turbo 4banger (I'm a V8 carb'd guy) but I'm slowly getting better and better with these things, got the s/c'd tuning down, now it's just time to adjust everything for turbos.
Anyway, Dan how you making out with the new run at the SD tuning? anything good yet.

and yes when I do buy that house, there will be beer pong... If anything I"ll do a couple of weekend meets out there. Going to get a lift in the garage, a welder, compressor. and some other shop goodies so I don't have to pay anyone for **** lol.

If you're going with a custom return line. I suggest a 255LPH F/I holley pump

I would be much faster but buying a z06 really hurt the funds that were going to go into the cobalt. Eventually Ill have a 400whp+ cobalt but my next priority is actually buying a house and in PA no less.

and for the stock stuff... I'm just seeing how far it'll go. I do have a spare motor and pretty much all the parts just sitting around waiting to go.
and mike don't feel too bad... you only got a 440 whp vette... can't go wrong with that lol
