I have no idea man, I haven't done it yet, still on the stock fuel system. But you'll need a regulator, fuel pump, lines, modify the fuel rail, and probably a few other things, I haven't really dug to deep into this car yet, so I don't know

some rods (whoever comes out with a set beside JBP)nuetral balance shafts, full head work.
272 grind cams, new springs, retainers.
should have a nice 9krpm beast. now I just gotta figure out what to do with the transmission, still rockin the stock clutch at almost 25,000 miles now (original clutch and tranny, DSS II axles) we shall see what time brings upon this car.
Have you bought the pistons already? If not you can order any of the 2.2 rods, but you have to get pistons with a 21mm wrist pin intead of the LSJ's 23mm pins. All the other dimensions are the same. You might be able to use the 2.2 pistons as well, but I read some where that the 2.2's are actually an 86.5mm bore not the 86mm like is claimed and like the LSJ. That could be completely wrong though, so I would ask. Don't worry about the smaller wrist pin. GM Sport Compact told me the 21mm pin is good to 700hp. After that they use 22mm wrist pins.

update on pauls turbo. I ran him a couple times today with my z06. Races were real close, I pulled him maybe a couple cars from 70-130. Also his car is not finished yet and is only on 18psi. A rematch with vid will be in order once he is fully tuned on meth and running 23psi.

I know that you said that you got the manifold from ebay, but I can not find a turn down manifold anywhere. If you don't mind what kind of manifold did you get because i want to build my on kit but i need a manifold. If some wants to build just a manifold i am sure alot of people would be interested

His Z06 is an 03 with ported LS6 heads, some big ass cam, full exhaust (headers, no cats, etc) and a full tune from vette doctors, it's making 440whp at the moment. and he only had a car on me and that was becuase I have to shift really slow or the car dumps fuel because of the BOV being after the MAf.
Just to let you guys know, last time we went from a 40 roll. I got up to @150 mph and he was so far ahead of me I couldn't even see his car anymore. From a 40 roll we were dead even til I shifted, then I start catching back up again. Same with the 60 roll, I fell back on the shift due to the car boggin and having to let off the throttle, but 4th gear I started catching up again. This thing is definitely a monster. (mind you still can't go WOT, but at least now I can get 85% throttle out of the thing and it holds and afr)
As for rods, I thought the 2.2 had a longer stroke which is why we couldn't use em. But they are fairly easy to get my hands on a set of stock ones, so I can mock em up and see what happens. If that's the case, in 2 weeks I'll order a set of rods and 2.2 low compression pistons and finally get my motor together so I can really start getting on it.

mosty you have to have the head flange planed since they usually come a little warped, and I had to drill out the bolt holes cause they didn't line up perfectly

it really wasn't just figuring out how to mount the turbo for proper exhaust routing and whatnot took a few tried and some grinding, but all was good, took about 4 hours total including removing the old exhaust setup

I personally don't see CA releasing this kit. Maybe like 3 total if that. I don't think he wants any more headachs right now..

It's hit or miss right now. Im going there next friday, so I"ll see what he says. Last time I talked to him when we were finishing my car he said he wanted to release it after I finished working the bugs out and the tuning.

I would like to see CA release it with a GT2871/76R with a nice flowing custom exhaust manifold.

Hopefully they would use an external gate with a straight dump and blow through MAF as well.
