Damn that blows! I was just there a few weeks ago with my Integra bro. I feel you. I wish you the best with your next engine.

On that torqued to spec thing, ARP states "hand tighten studs into block, then torque nuts to 75 ft.lbs." All I have to say is **** that ****! It cost me my engine when the head lifted off the block and coolant cracked my block, then the boost blew it apart!

Yeah man, I can't catch a break. The Integra wasn't the straightest/best looking car and needed some minor bodywork and paint to start with, but it wasn't too bad looking. Anyhow, I let my buddy borrow the Integra to drive since his engine is blown in his Mazda 6, and this morning I get a call at 5:30 and he says...

"Dude, I just friggin hit a deer!"

It was more like the deer ran into the car from the side because I got to take a look at the car today and the front driver's side door and front fender are F.U.B.A.R.! That's another couple hundred to add along to the price of the JDM front clip I'll be ordering to make it all pretty again! Hell, I just laughed it off and made fun of him for hitting a damn deer!

working on some new vids, maybe get one or two up tonight for full WOT pulls. I still haven't figured ou the fuel problem, but I think it's either tire spin or clutch slip. I'm not getting and detonation that I can here, and nothing KR related is coming up on the scan gauge or my logs. so It's still a mystery.

Yeah, hopefully we can make it look good again. Oh, did I mention that Friday the distributor died in the middle of rush hour traffic on the interstate or that the plugs fowled Saturday, and the car ran like **** all night? I swear if it wasn't for bad luck, I'd have none at all.

Back to the subject at hand. Your clutch slipping could be messing around with your A/F ratios due to there being an inconsistant use of the power. I think it would go richer, but I could be wrong too. I hope you get it worked out. What are your IDC's at?

IDC's in first gear hit 71% and 44.48 maf lb/min 47.80 ve airflow and 10100 hz
2nd gear pulls up to almost into full boost... then flattens out 56% idc 9615 hz, 37 lb/min
3rd gear... same thing, 4th gear, same thing. That's the only thing that makes me think it's the clutch is 1st gear all is good since it isn't pulling as high a load, but once it gets under a higher load, just flattens out.

btw i was hitting 96% IDC on 16 psi and everything else would still climb in the readings

lol yeah man, no more pegging out at 11,111 hz all the time. unfortunately, I really need to figure out why it goes so lean.
could be
A: Open waste gate dump, not enough exhaust going through exhaust (wideband is where stock 2nd o2 would be)
B: Slipping clutch
C: spinning tires
D: my car is just fucked up, cause it wasn't doing this last week.

but as I said before, I get no KR or detonation, so It's got me stumped

no a draw through setup would just be worse, then I'd have to make new piping for and intake that won't fit anywhere, then remove the BOV and make a recirc setup for it.

I'll see, I'll be there, but I'm gonna be exhausted (have a nice 13 hour day of work that day). I have to look at another balt tonight, so I'll make him be the victim and record in the car lol.
