Guys lets face it these stage kits have always been too good to be true..... I am going to call crateenginedepot.com to see if stage 1 is available purely for the reflash purpose.

Thumbs down Stage 2 only 16HP gain

I just had Stage 2 dynoed. Same shop as my dyno of 3 weeks ago. I showed only 16hp increase. and a loss of torque as well. I am going to post as soon as I get home in 1 hour.

What the hell is going on here? This will definately **** me off if this is the case.

Does the car feel any faster? Do you think time is needed for adjustment to all your mods? There is so many questions surrounding this it's not funny.

No disappointing yet. I'll judge next week when I have mine installed. If it's not what I expected, the smaller pulley is on standby ready to rock more boost.

it has to be, there's no way. The stage kits have the same recipe as all the other kits and these are actually from GM no trickin the ECU. Something's weird.

Ok well...here's my theory:

Both cars we've seen dyno's for already had basic mods...I/H/E at the very least, correct??
Well, when you strap on an intake don't you have to give the PCM some mileage for it to catch up before you see gains? I'm not sure about the RL w/ stage 2 but Vic_Red dyno'd almost directly after his install. SO...technically...after the reflash wouldnt the PCM be thinking that the engine is running stock + stage 2? Maybe it needs time to readjust to the other bolt-ons before we'll see anything major...

Feel free to jump down my throat on this, guys...i could definitely be wrong

This is what I'm thinking too. I'll put some mileage on before I hit the dyno when I get it.
