Bolus, THAT IS PURE SEX! WOW! Even I am jealous! That is so sick! Cant wait to see vids of it on the road. Def going to have some flame issues. Hopefully you get the manifold situation figured out soon!
440.....Don't get me wrong, 440 is niCe, but I must be the only one who thinks that's pretty low for a gt35....especially with cams and built valvetrain reving to 8000rpm....i'm surprised to see that it looks like i'm the first one to say that

ill have to say i was expecting more hp, but i know he is on his way to 30psi+ and race gas so no need for anyone to tell again for the 10000000th time
with either race gas or even better(in my oppinion) meth injection.
I'm Pro timing. I think there needs to be a balance between compression boost and timing. I dont get the guys who jack the compression way up on a boosted street car for power(not that it happened in this case) i always think, whats the point of even having a turbo charger or supercharger on a street car if your going to jack the compression way up. IMHO if you do it like that (on a street car) your taking away from engine longevity. I could see running mild amounts of boost and high compression but only on a race car. you said you only add timing when you run race gas. Why not run meth injection and eliminate the need to run race gas all the time? bottom line i think the folks at hahn race craft and o6noscobaltss did a fantastic job on this car and the only way the power numbers are goin on this project is up.
I like the idea of lower compression and alot of boost and timing with higher octane fuel.
No, I know what you said. I was just saying I don't add timing either (including hahn if that's what they are doing) I have meth...but I only installed 50% of it
And I can get 100 octane not too far from me from the pump so it's easier
About the compression situation, unless you're going to a full standalone, there's no point to drop the compression because the pcm can only take so much (when it comes to map pressure and fueling etc). I think our 9.5:1 is perfect and i'm staying with that. It's still easy to obtain 20lbs of boost on 9.5:1

Yep, it's 'only' 440 WHP because we decided to just set the high mark for pure pump gas first, then move on to the full output of the turbo with high octane later.
Just to recap for those who'd prefer to not have to read 1000+ posts
- 440 WHP record was set on 93 octane, no meth injection, no 'just added a little octane 'cuz I was scared'...just real, honest-to-God pump gas!
- That's over 500 engine HP, or more than double stock power output, on pump gas...certainly nothing to scoff at for any 2.0 liter street car.

- The next step (after we get some other projects further along, like the Cobalt 20G TurboSystem) is to put some octane in her and turn up the boost.
- Like Paul mentions earlier, we will then be targeting the 525-550 WHP range, thus realizing the full capability of GT35R.
- It's a Dynojet 224xLC dyno

The thought has crossed my mind several times and is always in the back of my head. I just really dread taking the head back off because it's a PITA!
You know I'd have to have the head P&P'd too while I was it, along with installing some neutral balance shafts, and then the issue of swapping some forged slugs in there comes into play as well. However, those additions would set me up for success in the future.
