lol from 0-115 I won by 1.5 seconds.

Don't make excuses, make adjustments imo.
You had drag radials...rob archer went 12s on those tires with less mods then u on stock blower no meth and no built motor

and we never raced 0-115 nor have we ever timed it. Ive beaten you everytime i raced you from outlaunching u in the jeep to beating you on the highway

Bench racing other cars? What happened to yours?

Oh, I'm pretty sure those slips show 0-115 races. I'm still wanting to know when you beat me on the highway though. Like I said, I let you go from the only speed your car has any usable torque and you still couldn't pull away. Try again junior.

i'd be down for a good highway pull....or seven.

ET's aside, i think i've got enough to out trap allot of people, the poor s3 srt guys that run only on the highway find this out the vary hard and loud way.

I think we can officially call brians thread...derailed!!!!
LOL as i remember your 2.5 car didnt fair any better then that cop car...aka you spent some time trying to catch up after i let off lol

thats the only run i really remember and making about 60 more hp then those other 2.5 cars on that dyno even with that nasty fueling glitch

pull car and a half with passenger and tools and subs...thats a win...unless being behind the other car is winning...in which case u won?

also neither slips have as 0-115 mph rating on em...and im pretty sure u havent broken 110 yet at the track have u? maybe i just dont remember u doing it cause i did so long ago

If you mean me being 1 car behind you when you decide to take off and one car behind you when you let off a win, I guess you won.

According to posted time slips, you are still somehow slower, amirite?

Faster traps? Sounds like a bad driver.

I beat your turbo swapped ETs with just stage 2.

Ok, I"m going to now throw in a newb question into the fire. My SS/SC is bone stock, and when the cold comes around, I drop 2mpg's average right away. I assumed it was because it would compensate for the denser inlet air by dumping in more fuel, but are you saying that this is wrong, that it doesn't compensate? Because then I want to know where the hell my gas is going, lol, and it better not be the Gnomes this time.

I just don't beat on mine when it's this cold out... and if I do need to go WOT it's only for a few seconds.

Long highway WOT pulls are a BIG no-no in the cold. Don't do them and you will be fine.

It does, its just not 100% perfect. This is a problem when making bigger horsepower numbers than the stock blower can as a few percentage points of a difference in fuel pulses can be a little more drastic.

If the car is up to operating temp, what is wrong with doing a wot pull when its colder out? As long as the car is tuned for it, and the iat2's are fine *which in the winter they are lower*, whats the issue?

Did you not read the beginning of this thread? These engines run LEAN in the cold.. smaller pulleys make it even worse.

I don't see a problem, as long as you maintain an acceptable AFR. If it's leaning out due to the temperature drop, you should see KR. If you see KR, let off. Simple as that.

*facepalm*

Long story short, the car really does run lean, but the sensors don't sense it. If that makes sense.
