How to replace thermometer?

I searched the "How To" section and couldn't find anything.

I noticed that my thermometer is inaccurate and sometimes even stuck on certain temperatures. No, not my coolant temperature, but the readout for the outside temperature.

I was wondering if it is an easy fix, and if so, how? Any links or just quick comments welcome.

Thanks!

It's found underneath the driver's side headlight.

It snaps into the headlight housing.

Simple fix.
