true guys, true, and i've considered all of the afformentioned which is why i'm not badmouthing them; I'm still happy overall with the service. I am confident still that this is the only shop that i should have brought my car to. Good point KDub on the straightforward installs vs. having to do some research before working.. And yes, they certainly have tried just about everything; the good news about that is i have a great understanding of my cars overall condition now, with the compression tests and such; and by tearing through some of the aftermarket wiring they have improved alot of the installed electronics, so there are still alot of benefits. I'm excited to see if they kept a log of everything they did.
Anyway the owner got back to me last night with some good sounding news, he has it narrowed down to BCM or wiring between BCM and firewall. I'm definately guessing its something at the BCM if not the BCM itself due to all the **** thats been hooked up and uninstalled there; theres a dead wire or two so i'm sure something could have blown out.
Matter of fact, i uninstalled my aftermarket stereo over the winter while it wasn't runnning and it took a while to start ever since that, just hard to know if that was the cause lol.
Anyway he told me just a few more days, maybe even tomorrow it should be running! So we are getting close, and i bet after that then they can move towards doing the fuel system install and dyno time.
fingers crossed, boys!

Good to hear you are still in high praise of them. They are a great shop, but small. It would be nice to have more people but unfortunatly with that comes higher pricing. I would say, as someone who has spent alot of money there, that they are very fair, and Dave will do whatever he can to help. All he wants is for you to be happy, and to be happy with their work. Matt is a stud at wiring so you will be very happy with all the work he has done!

Finally finished my two sets today!
Both are basically the same, 5000k switchback turn signals from diodedynamiks (thanks for the referral luis!)
E55r shrouds
I think both 5000k ds2 projectors
Red ones got flat black housings mine flat black with silver metallic overspray
Red sidemarkers for the one tinted sidemarkers for me with led bulbs...
Switchback halos for his (not using that function though) and 3/4 halos for me
As always, the signature riceburner electric tape around the lense edges, feel like it finishes them off with a cleaner look covering the reflective trim stuff.
:
Enjoy!

I trim paint the turn signal plugs so you dont see the white and pink plastic lol

My 3/4 halos hard to get on camera

Eddie, i just get normal halos and paint the dark portion in. For anyone that ever wants to attempt this: give it a lot of coats! I did like 4 coats and light still kinda sneaks through not enough to be a no deal but wish i had done more.

Hi Adam,
I worked on the car again this morning and I have it narrowed down to the Theft Deterant Module and/or CAN bus wiring or the Power Steering Control Module and/or CAN bus wiring. Both of these modules keep erroring out with the lost communications errors repeatedly. Wiring looks good to both modules. I am going to ask Matt and see if I can try his modules out of his car on Monday to test, should have it fired shortly.
