Now this is just a question im not sure how this stuff works so anyway, hows come you cant run that tubing from the procharger to the throttle body feeding into the eaton, more air getting itside of the eaton creating more power by more forced air, and figuring out a way to run both the sc and procharger pulleys off of one belt, think thats possible. Im not sure I'm just wondering...

umm thats a 2.2 and with a procharger swap the eaton is replaced, because it doesn't push as much air among other reason

So do you all think that this procharger or the new twinscrew from rebelautoworx will produce better numbers once tuned??

Doesn't the low end torque loss bother you?

For those that are looking for 5-6 psi it is really not needed....but the truth is for the 2.2l cars they dont have tuning so i a 5th injector will be applied so that will act as part of a cooling effect. plus for 5-6psi it keeps the cost down for those that dont have a heavy wallet and it lays the ground work for an intercooled kit and more boost down the road.

Vid Clip of C-1 Procharger on 2.2L

Can you say loud and rowdy, here is a 2.2L that is ProCharged (C-1) on 6psi (3.45” pulley) non intercooled with a polished By-Pass Valve and 4” intake… this kit will fit the ion (that is the car it was on) and the cobalts and this is pretty much the same kit ChevyTech has just on a ION 2.2L at the moment…but as you can see it gets allot of attention and the BOV sounds is very much there....

Enjoy

I think they both show great promise once they're both good to go. No way to know numbers until everything's 100%. The info on the Twinscrew is scattered and a little hard to find on the forum. There was a guy who had installed it and got around 280 before fine tuning. He had to return it and the guys have been ironing out some issues. They think they've fixed it. Hopefully it'll be ready to ship out again if that is the case.
I'm one of the original buyers of the Twinscrew that has been waiting for this kit since November of last year. Sometimes not so patiently, but I'm still waiting.

hey guys got off the phone with matt not to long ago and he is almost done with the final tune and he is having a problem...at 21psi 1st and 2nd gears are worthless there is no traction and so far it is good info but now it is a matter of getting the car to the dyno and look for flaws and finalize the tune and see what it puts down on the dyno

i figured i would post up an update
