PM sent!
the ION is stock (my ladies old car she just gave it to me) so i need to pull that auto VTI out and pull that block and forge it and slap in a manual and then bolt up the procharger kit again with a 2.55" pulley and no intercooler (for drag racing only)

should be a fun project!

Just read this thread in its entirety, and I freakin love it. Subscribed.

Also, had a question. Is this going to fit on a Cobalt LSJ with an Ingall's TD?

This kit will fit all Cobalt Models and Pontiac G5's and Saturn IONs and Ion Redlines.

No, you cant use the TD as the mounting bracket will be using those holes. Just upgrade your mounts and control arm bushings and get rid of the TD.

Yes boys and girls its DONE. I will be tuning it on oct 13th. Thats the only free weekend I have(Im moving). You guys are going to love it. Im not making a video untill its tuned because the setup will require a different tune just to run. The air flow is so great that its has to be tuned just to idle properly.
