Official Turbo LSJ thread!!!
Yeah I got a picture for that too.

a one second google search found this.
ZZPerformance - Oil Feed & Return Line Kit for Ecotec #ZZ-OFL-ECT
The tensioner on the supercharger bracket is different. The new tensioner sits just above the crank pulley. When in place the tensioner pulley is almost touching the crank pulley. The bolt goes through the wheel well hole. Like this.

Sorry for the mess it was raining the day I took this pic.

oh yeah, when you are dealing with our serpentine belts every time you want to change it you have to pull the engine mount, tire and get a pry bar and a 3/8" breaker bar in there, a wrench wont fit. The breaker bar is put in place with the pry bar pushing the engine over and the breaker bar slides down in the tight area then is lifted up to get tension off the belt or to allow the belt to slip onto the alternator pulley. Its a one man job though, I can do it now in 5 minutes.
.......that and and getting the oil pan off was the worst part of the swap.
yes,

Not a surprise, they forgot to send me an alternator and a new radiator hose when i bought my kit. They did send the alternator right away but still sucks putting a swap on hold when its your dd. Never did get that hose though

Yes they are. Zzp is great, if they weren't around I probably wouldn't have kept my car this long and have done a turbo swap. They aren't perfect and I loathe them on Black Friday but them and Powell race shop were the best thing to happen to this platform.
I have got to get back on the dyno since I got all my hiccups out of the way on my build.Bought my 80lb injectors, LC-1 wideband controller, rotated mounts, and some other stuff. Perfect customer service everytime. Had one hiccup that they took care of. OTTP has been good to me. ZZP on the other hand wont return calls or emails and I have only bought one thing from them because their valve springs were listed on ebay with titanium retainers for cheap. Never bought anything from them since. Ebay zzp was good, by email/phone sucks.

And I'm curious...my adapter plate moved my throttle body a good amount to the left so the plug that goes into it will no longer reach, my question is, do I need it? Is it for the throttle position sensor or the bypass on the supercharger? It's the one on the right, the sensor on the left came off the supercharger itself so I know I won't need it.

[/IMG]I have a ton of pictures under my turbo duck thread, pry bar popped the pan right off. Its not hard at all, then tapped it, cleaned it, reinstalled it. I have loved this swap as well.
Lol I kinda did, mainly because I was hoping that by some chance I wouldn't need it, because now I have no idea how I'm going to extend it. It there some kind of plug and play extension? And I'm dreading the day when we take out the oil pan lol, probably monday, even though I wish I didn't :P
you have to get a tool to go from the bottom. Its a flat steel bar with the 3/8 wrench type square welded to it. Jack the car up and you can get at it.
what manifold you running, you have to adjust things to get that plug to reach, the hahn manifold wasnt a problem.
I had the tool but returned it. When I had the tool I couldnt get it to the pulley because of my charge piping, so I just pull the mount, it goes fast actually.
